Does your business generate hazardous waste? Medosaenvironmental LLC’s Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM) and team will provide expertise to your business to understand federal and or state hazardous waste management regulations.

All of the federal hazardous waste regulations are located in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), parts 260 to 299. EPA defines three categories of hazardous waste generators based upon the quantity of hazardous waste generated per month: Very Small Quantity Generators (VSQGs), Small Quantity Generators (SQGs), and Large Quantity Generators (LQGs).

We will determine if you generate hazardous waste in the first place, assess the quantity of hazardous waste that your business generates per month and evaluate your generator category to identify the management requirement that applies.

We will help your business accumulate waste according to limits established by EPA, follow the storage and handling procedures as required, as well as ensure compliance with EPA requirements for equipment testing and maintenance, access to communication, or alarm, aisle space, and emergency response, preventing accidents.
